How to use AI for your brand without feeling like a fraud

Practical Branding Tips for Mystic Entrepreneurs

AI.

Maybe you cringe just thinking about it. Maybe, if you're really honest with yourself, it even scares you a bit. And maybe you feel a whole lot of resistance towards the entire topic.

If that's you, I get it.

I feel all of that, too. But I also see potential. And a lot of nuance

I don't like that humankind has managed to have computers make art, but not take over tasks that most people really don't want to do, like putting up the washing (oops, I forgot mine, now that I'm thinking about it – sigh). And it does feel bizarre that we teach AI how to make art, so we can spend even more time working.

But I feel like that's only part of the story.

So: How to use AI for your brand without feeling like a fraud?

Follow YOUR truth.

It doesn't matter what anyone else says. If you try using AI art in your brand and you hate it, don't do it. And if you have a lot of fun playing with it, and you feel how it can expand your range of visuals and really add to your brand experience, then go ahead and allow yourself to feel the joy!

This is not about getting it right, and never changing your opinion. It's about going with the flow of the moment and letting your soul play – however that takes shape for you.

Build a prompt that feels like YOU.

With AI art, the main thing you'll be perfecting is working with your prompts (and maybe source images to feed it, if that's your jam). Personally, I loved the process of creating a combination of words that I add to every prompt that ensures a consistent visual quality and feel that aligns with what I use the images for.

Personally I really enjoy using AI art to complement my Mystic Collective content as well as my writing over on Substack. There's no way I would have the time and energy to actually draw or paint my own illustrations, so I love that I can create something that suits my vibe without having to spend ages hunting for perfect stock photos.

So I invite you to play with prompts and find something that feels like you – be it a certain method of painting, a mood, or simply a collection of adjectives that you feel drawn to.

Let your inner mystic play with the unseen!

Maybe you hold that deep knowing inside your heart, or have heard it from your spiritual business mentor (like I have): Spirit is more powerful than the algorithm.

Or: Spirit is more powerful than AI.

Will say: you can approach AI from a mystical perspective, and allow yourself a deeper level of play. What if you can use AI art like oracle cards? What if you can play with its creations as a form of divination? Or: What if you can ask spirit to infuse your AI creations with exactly the frequency that your people need to feel?

The opportunities are endless, and the change of perspective of seeing AI as a (un-)necessary evil vs. a potential medium for God's expression is a complete game changer.
